“… Neville Price of San Francisco is planning a project to border the Gateway tentatively named Shearwater..it calls for construction of a 100,00 square foot convention center, a 450 room first class hotel, 1.5 million square feet of offices, restaurants and retail shops and 350 condominiums. Price also is planning a 500 berth marina along the former shipping dock and a ferry service to the East Bay for commuters.”
